Hearthworks Event Hire Form

Please use the following form to make a provisional booking for a Tipi or Yurt at any of our official summer events. We do not provide tickets to the festivals or events so please make sure you have confirmed tickets before booking your accommodation.

We do not provide the luxury furnishings option with beds and bedding at festivals, so you will need to bring bedding and the usual camping equipment. Unlike private hire bookings there is no transport charge. All personal details submitted are kept completely private and confidential, and are not shared with any third party. We will respond to all enquiries as soon as possible.

Please note that there are limited places for each event and all bookings are taken on a 'first come first serve' basis.

Once we have confirmed your booking the hire charge is payable by Cheque, Bank Transfer, or you can pay by Credit or Debit Card over the phone.
